-Make site survey and collect the needed info to propose the right solution.
-Design and work on Cisco, Meraki, Dell, HP, Alcatel, Aruba Wireless Systems and any similar solutions.
- Prepare Bill of quantity and the Quotation for each new project.
-Support Sales Team and follow up with them to close their deals.
-Negotiate prices with vendors and suppliers to get the best discount and close deal successfully
-Prepare Heat Maps
- Convenience the customer with our solutions and help him to choose the product that accommodate his needs.
- Make High/Low level design with IP schema and study the customer needs and services on the network to give perfect and cost effective solution which includes Cabling, DATA switching, IP PBX, Wireless, Firewall, Load balance and management systems.
- Prepare Data Sheets Compliance Sheets and catalogs to get approval on our proposal.
- Manage the Pre-Sales team in the way which guarantees to achieve the company target and deadlines.

- Working on low current systems like American Dynamics Camera, Kantech access control system, S2 access control system.
-Design and work on Cisco, Meraki and Aruba Wireless Systems.
- Convenience the customer with our solutions and help him to choose the product that accommodate his needs.
- Manage my colleagues and distribute tasks on them.
- Make High/Low level design with IP schema and study the customer needs and services on the network to give perfect and cost effective solution.

- Implement and configure on Zeta Fire Alarm System.
- Work as Site Engineer on many projects and supervise labors
- Pre Sale Engineer (attend meeting with customers to convenience them with our solutions and answer on their technical questions).
- Prepare High/Low level Design and IP schema based on the client requirements and services including the entire configuration needed to get theirs approvals.
- Prepare Bill of quantity and the Quotation for each new project.
- Make deployment time schedule to meet the time period of the project.
Configure many platforms like Cisco Routers and switches, UBNT Access Points, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco voice gateway, UC540, ASA firewall, Netup IPTV system, Cisco CCTV system, Cisco WIFI system and Cisco Video conference system.
- Follow up with contractors to accommodate the project requirements.
- Prepare Testing list and documentation for the deployed system in order to handover the project.
- Responsible on operation, administration and maintenance tasks for components and platforms of the WiMAX Core network.
- Manage & Maintain the following devices: Bridge Water AAA (Authentication, authorization, Accounting) server, Bridge Water Policy Controller (PC), Cisco DPI (Deep Packet inspection), CNR (DHCP & DNS), Cisco Home Agent, Bridge Water OTA server.
- Open Maintenance tickets with Cisco and Bridge Water Engineers.
- Work with NOC team on analyzing and solving ASN and Core Network problems.
- Monitor WiMAX traffic on Mobily MPLS Edge routers (PE).
