Amis boutique is ladies clothing store selling (fashion dresses, & casual wear
& shoes, bags, , all unique known for its style, elegance, classy, chic
*follow up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied, trying to achieve sales target every month, assist visual merchandiser , prepare invoices & transfer items to other branches
Ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction through excellent sales service
•Handle returns of merchandise
•Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
•Responsible for international brands such as(D&G)one of the best luxury clothing and accessories brand popularizing slightly more casual line that follows an urban and younger inspiration.
Meet and Greet the passengers in Dubai international airport, Assist them to do check-in process, verify the ticket &booking details, check if any comments regarding special needs.
•Check visa, Documents and other requirements (onward or return tickets/sufficient funds/passport validity/blank pages in passport/number of trips allowed in a year /port of entry etc….
•Board the passengers at the departure gates, advise passengers to reach the gate on time, and not to forget their boarding pass.
Responsible for iconic French fashion jewellery brand, Ensure the highest standard of customer service
•Responsible for shop contain Mini gold, silver, such as ( Bracelets, necklaces, rings, Hair Acc, Earings and Watches for Any occasions.
•Unique brand very famous in Europe( little scottie dog) trendy and elegant, chic designs.
•Helping the staff to be team in the floor in order to achieve the sales targets of the company.
•Ensure availability of merchandise and maintaining inventories.
•Respond to customer complaints and comments.
