Working at world largest Sadara petrochemical project complex in Jubail as a Project Control Manager (PMT) on Polyethylene Projects and Asset Planning / Scheduling Leader for Olefins asset, here are my major responsibilities:  Establishing a project planning and control system on the project.  Assure work break down structure should as per project control procedure.  Established similar progress measurement system or reporting system.  Established standard resource loading Level ¾ primavera schedules on the Olefins project.  Reviewing all project schedule and resource loading.  Identifying critical path of the projects and mitigation plan.  Coordination between all Olefins unit projects.  Rollup weekly and monthly progress reports for owner team.  Review and verify the Companies/or Contractors schedules and progress reports.  Update the PMPS Overall Master Schedules and analyzing the impact on target date.
 Review the Risk, Mitigation, contingency plan and action.
 Identifying the risk, analysis on primavera schedule by using PERT technics.
 Analysis the Olefins project progress productivity.

Prepare Project Break up and structuring into WBS/CBS/ABS/RBS & OBS matrix and Packages.
 Developing Planning Packages, Cost milestone activities and site supervision.
 Plan, schedule, track & control by Primavera P6, P6.V7.
 Progress update for Weekly, Monthly Reports (KPI’s), Invoices and Schedule Control. Project
Presentation to Management/Engineer.
 Reporting to Higher Management. Holding Interface Meeting with discipline lead engineers/managers.
 Schedule Construction/Change over activities to ensure Business Risk based on agreed Contractual
Target dates & Outage/Shut Down timings.
 Extracts look-ahead schedules from the project baseline and disseminates the mile stones, durations and
schedule specific information to project team and involved departments.
 Collects the information required for updating the progress and records the same on a systematic manner
including the start and finish dates and duration for each activity in the project also performing the
controlling activities by bi-Weekly site visit.
 Prepares, in coordination with the project cost engineer the information required to process the monthly,
or as required, invoices to be submitted to Engineer as well as the information required to process
suppliers/subcontractors payments.
 Represent the Company in weekly Meeting with PMC/Client and respond to minutes of meeting.
 Coordination with Engineering, Procurement department and Vender to make sure deliverables match
site required date.
 Involved during shutdown & plant maintenance activities.
 Prepared maintenance schedule on work order and resources.

Project Overall Plan including Engineering, Procurement & Construction Activities.
 Preparation of Project Management Plan.
 Preparation of WBS & its Mapping with OBS.
 Preparation of budget and Cost control.
 Co-ordinate with Site Team to address Site Issues related to Procurement, E&P, project Material,
Consumables and site supervision etc.
 Develop Level II & Level III Plan for Construction Activities.
 To update & Monitor Project Progress in P-III Plan on monthly basis.
 Development of Equipment Deployment Plan for effective utilization of resources.
 Develop Material Requirement Plan on monthly basis.
 Generate & follow up Monthly Progress Invoice to client for timely delivery of funds.
 Analyze & estimate Extra Work & re-works & prepare their claims.
 Prepare Weekly Analysis to analyze Less Efficient Resources (Manpower, Equipment) & raise flags to
increase their Efficiency.
 Conduct meetings on Progress reviews in-house & with Client.
 Follow-up with vendors through Procurement depart. for timely delivery of Direct Materials, Consumables.
 Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports for Client /Managements.
 Generate Technical Queries & their Follow up for Reply & Resolution.
 Prepare 4-Weeks & 3- Months Load Ahead Plan.
 Perform Resource Leveling for their effective & maximum utilization.
 Prepared Project Close Out Report

Prepare and ensure master program of works / critical milestones are achieved and ensuring effective
planning and monitoring of site progress and take corrective actions / recovery program to arrest
slippages.
 Revisits master schedule plan prepared at the bidding stage, after award of contract, in close coordination
with Construction Managers and Site Manager.
 Follows up customer or engineering company for delivery of drawings as per agreed schedule.
 Ensures that Field Engineers raise and follow up Technical Queries with customer.
 Ensures that Planning Engineers prepare and distribute 3-months and 4-week look ahead schedules to
Discipline In-charges Discipline Engineers and Material Controller.
 Updates and monitors Level-III plan keeping in view overall master schedule.
 Regularly performs critical path analysis, anticipates bottlenecks and highlight these to Site Manager and
Construction Manager.
 Generates and analyzes standard reports related to progress and efficiency on daily, weekly and monthly
basis.
 Ensure that extra work is properly estimated and monitored and that subcontract work progress is
included in the overall scheme.
 Prepare/ Verify invoicing and billing formalities in Co-ordination with Project manager and Quantity
surveyor.
 Preparation of Cash flow for the secured projects in co-ordination with Project Manager and Finance
personnel.
Prepares Project Windup Report at completion of the project.

Carrying out Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of Utilities & production section which includes Cooling
Tower, Air Compressors (PD), Chillers (Vapor Compression Cycle), Boilers, Furnaces Agitators, Heat
Exchangers(S&T, Plate & Fins), Centrifugal & PD Pumps, hydraulic machines, pneumatic machines,
sheet metal cutting machine and rolling machines etc.
 Preparation of Daily Check List to highlight Equipment Conditions including Change in Vibration, Oil Seal
Seepage / Leakage, Abnormal noise from Bearing etc.
 Co-ordinate & Execute annual overhauling of Boilers & Cooling Tower with Process Department & its
Execution.
 Maintenance Of water tube & fire tube boiler
 Scheduled Overhauling of Vapor Compression Cycle Chillers.
 Modifications in Plant Piping which includes Re-routing, Material change.
 Modification in Piping of PTA Compressor by adding S&T Heat Exchanger to control its Lube Oil
temperature (resulted in saving of Time which earlier was wasted by Tripping of Compressor).
 To generate & follow up indents for critical spare parts to maintain Inventory level to properly handle any
sort of Emergency.
 Co-ordinate with Production Department to execute day to day jobs for smooth operation of running plant.
 Fabrication & Erection of Gas line for Domestic users including preparation of Isometric Drawing &
Calculation of Material required along with job supervision.
 Preparation of Equipment Maintenance History of all Plant machinery for future reference
 Modification in Equipments Lubrication Schedules keeping in view its trend & behavior.
