Responsibilities:
• Team lead of Network and Security team in Ministry of education and higher education, Qatar
• Data Center services owner, Network & Security Operations
• Responsible for the Cisco ACI network architecture component(s)
• Support Data Center Networks utilizing Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure & Nexus 9k platforms.
• Performing and coordinating activities associated with data center networking infrastructure.
• Contribute to the development and performance of a migration plan from traditional data center network designs to Cisco ACI.
• Work with vendors to validate hardware parameters and functionality then replace if necessary.
• Taking part in multiple workshops with different vendors to implement new technologies.
• Configuration of Routers & Switches, firewalls, wireless.
• Configuration of ISE for Network security alignment.
• Proxy policy management and Configurations.
• SSLV and CAS (content analysis service) configurations and policy settings.
• Coordinate with Vendors to ensure the successful installation and implementation of network
equipment.
• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks.
• Meetings with management of Ministry of education for day-to-day activities planning and reporting for assigned tasks to Network and security team.
• Attending daily, weekly, and monthly meetings for team performance and assessments.
• Making and Updating network topology and network diagrams.
• Maintaining HLDs and LLDs

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the Cisco ACI network architecture component(s)
• Configurations and maintenance of Cisco ACI fabric.
• Configuring different constructs in ACI like tenants, VRFs, BD, EPGs, Access Policies, Switch profiles, interface profiles etc.
• Responsibility for managing the Network of UOL Campus and Data Center, implementing change management and ongoing maintenance of parts of the networking infrastructure.
• Management of Network support team and delegating them duties as per their expertise levels.
• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to network support team to tackle multiple activities in efficient manner.
• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks.
• Building, designing, and maintaining networks including LAN, WAN, IP phone, and wireless for the University campuses.
• Configuring network equipment including routers, firewalls, switches and WLCs.
• Coordination with vendors for the procurement of new equipment and replacement of faulty equipment.
• Coordination and Technical meetings with vendors, ISPs, and clients for better network performance.
• Regular monitoring and basic diagnosis of network related issues and drive them to closure.
• Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Performing disaster recovery operations and backups when required.
• Reporting network status to key stakeholders.
• Management and supervision of ongoing Universitys Networking projects.
• Advise and consult with management and executives on network issues.

Designations: Network Manager Responsibilities:
• Management of all networking related activities.
• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
• Management and supervision of ongoing company projects of networking and CCTV systems.
• Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation.
• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, firewalls, switches.
• Regular monitoring and basic diagnosis of network related issues and drive them to closure.
• Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
• Manage Windows network (users, computers, printers, etc.) with Active Directory services.
• Installing, configuring, managing and maintenance of all servers and workstations.
• Stabilize, expand, and protect the client network and PC environment.
• Configuring wireless APs and troubleshooting them to make sure the availability of wireless services in company offices.

Designations: Network Administrator
Responsibilities:

• Make sure the availability of internet services within the University for Smooth running of all offices and computer labs.
• Timely contact to ISP at time of fault occurrence and when the internet system goes down to bring it up immediately.
• Contact different vendors and suppliers for the procurement of different IT equipment.
• Manage Windows network (users, computers, printers, etc.) with Active Directory services for the University Campuses.
• Installing, configuring, managing and maintenance of all servers and workstations.
• Stabilize, expand, and protect the client network and PC environment. Build new file servers to maximize, terminal server, file/print sharing and domain control performance.
• Configuring wireless APs and troubleshooting them to make sure the availability of wireless services to the students as well as faculty members.
• Configuration of Cisco Router and Switches.
• Monitoring the health of the overall connectivity network including the data center.
• Regular monitoring and basic diagnosis of network related issues and drive them to closure.

Designations: Network Support Executive
Responsibilities
• Software and hardware support to the employees working within the company.
• Online support to different business centers and shops of the company
• Regular monitoring of CCTV system to help secure the activities within the company unit and to keep an eye on security related issues.
• Maintaining logs of CCTV cameras regularly.
• Troubleshooting network and systems of the organization.
• Monitoring the health of the overall connectivity network including two data centers & nationwide business centers.
• Regular monitoring and basic diagnosis of network related issues and drive them to closure.
• Proactively identify, diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot issues with employees working within the organization.
• Technical consultancy regarding changes to existing products
• Build and test newly managed hardware devices.
• Identify and make recommendations for improvements to processes.
