Regional Head and CEO, Bangladesh•Manager
The main reason behind recruiting Mr. Parial in SBI was due to his experience in Project appraisal, Risk analysis, Syndicate finance, Processing of large loan proposals etc during his stint with Industrial Credit Division, Rupali Bank. Due to his willing to shoulder higher responsibility, I assigned him the responsibility of introducing Retail Loan products(Personal/Housing/Car/Mortgage/SME loans) of SBI in Bangladesh as a separate assignment side-by-side his responsibility as the Head of Credit. He took all the pain from the formulation of Retail Loan policy, Customization of Retail Loan products, recruitment of Sales Executives, fixation of their emolument package etc to successful introduction of those products. Besides this,It will be incomplete if I do not mention his skills in Trade Finance (operation and rules) due to his in depth knowledge on ICC rules like UCP, ISBP, URR, URC, ISP etc. He is equally skilled in Credit and Trade Finance in Branch or Head Office level.

Chief Executive Officer•Manager
Mr. Parial is an ambidextrous person who is equally proficient in Credit and Trade Finance which is very rare in banking arena. He is an intelligent, sincere and hardworking officer with a pleasing personality. In his assignment in State Bank of India, he was responsible for marketing of credit proposals both in the retail and Corporate segment, appraisal and assessment of loan proposals- term loan and working capital, all formalities relating to documentation, disbursement, post-disbursement and maintenance of data base relating to credit portfolio, and overall follow-up, supervision, monitoring and control of the loans and advances. Due to his proficiency in ICC rules like UCP, ISBP, URR, URC, ISP etc., I appointed him as the Head of Credit and Trade Finance not limiting him in Credit only. Under his able leadership the credit portfolio has increased from USD 0.14 million to USD 115 million within a period of 21/2 years .He has exercised effective control over credit department and rendered significant/critical managerial support for the overall smooth functioning of the branch as a result of which the branch has been rated as ‘A+’ in the last Audit . He is an asset for every organisation for whom his employer will be proud of.
