• Liaise with third parties when external training needs have been identified, and promptly process the invoices in coordination with Finance.
• Manage all aspects of Learning Management System to ensure that all training activities are created and maintained; and credits given to participants.
• Communicate mandatory training and deadlines regularly to employees and follow up with GBMs to ensure completion targets are achieved.
