•Discuss structural design and other related issue with the designer.
•Matching structural and architectural drawings.
•Site preparations.
•Prepare and update time schedule.
•Checking and approving for shop drawings, method of statements, material approvals and all submittals.
•Supervise, checking and follow up all structural drawings at site.
•Conduct technical inspections of structures, formations & other civil/structural elements of the project as required.
•Managing project, site engineers and other site staff.
•Verifying that all implementing items are according to the design, specifications and planning.
•Control and Coordination between all disciplines (architectural, structural & MEP).
•Checked and approved the progress payments.
