• Manage corporate banking unit which involves growing business in terms of assets, liabilities customer base and income from the bank’s corporate target markets.
• Responsible for continuous enhancement of the breadth and depth of product lines for the unit to achieve and sustain competitive positioning in the target markets.
• Create and manage corporate relationships and ensure optimal sells to all the customers.
• Grow the corporate banking customer base by recruiting new customers, and wallet sizing to the existing customers to attain high returns.
• Maintain an effective account relationship management resulting in optimization of customer satisfaction, retention and wallet share through selling multiple solutions from the entire bank’s product range.
• Work in close partnership with senior managers including of Group Head of Corporate Banking, Credit Risk Management, Trade Finance and Investment Banking to ensure that the credit requests for new and existing facilities are correctly prepared in accordance with bank policies.
• Liaise and provide leadership to my team including SRMs, RMs and PAs in areas of expertise, particularly in regards to provision of facilities to customers, customer recruitments and credit & financial analysis.

• Manages and maintain credit customer's portfolio of more than USD 250 million.
• Develop new customer relationships in order to extend credit facilities, develop trade initiatives, participation in secondary and primary market transactions with minimum associated risk.
• Managing onshore/offshore corporate accounts, high net worth individual accounts, covering MENA region, Turkey and part of Asia.
• Meets customers in order to enhance business opportunities and develop and maintain good customer relations.
• Identifies and monitors the Marketing & Sales of International products in order to provide right advice to corporate customers.
• Supervises accounts and identifies the credit needs in order to market credit facilities.
• Oversees, Obtains, assembles and analyses all information and financial statements of new clients in order to make a sound credit recommendation and to be able to effectively present and defend the recommendation in front of appropriate credit committee.
• Supervises and monitors existing credit facilities through preparing periodic progress report to ensure regular client visits/call reports, adequate and appropriate utilization and settlement. Any Misusage of facilities is followed up and corrective action is recommended.
• Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities
• Plans credit portfolio to be checked, reviewed and presented for obtaining necessary approval.
• Coordinates in providing adequate and vital information about existing managed portfolio as well as the potential ones in order to assist in the preparation of the divisional business / marketing plans.
• Active in the primary and secondary market in line with the bank strategy and investment plan.
• Responsible for the achievement of budgeted revenue and profit while maintaining a low risk profile rating.
• Prepare credit facilities documentations i.e. loan agreements, confirmation letter, corporate guarantee, personal guarantee, promissory note, pledge forms etc.
