• Manage corporate banking unit which involves growing business in terms of assets, liabilities customer base and income from the bank’s corporate target markets.
• Responsible for continuous enhancement of the breadth and depth of product lines for the unit to achieve and sustain competitive positioning in the target markets.
• Create and manage corporate relationships and ensure optimal sells to all the customers.
• Grow the corporate banking customer base by recruiting new customers, and wallet sizing to the existing customers to attain high returns.
• Maintain an effective account relationship management resulting in optimization of customer satisfaction, retention and wallet share through selling multiple solutions from the entire bank’s product range.
• Work in close partnership with senior managers including of Group Head of Corporate Banking, Credit Risk Management, Trade Finance and Investment Banking to ensure that the credit requests for new and existing facilities are correctly prepared in accordance with bank policies.
• Liaise and provide leadership to my team including SRMs, RMs and PAs in areas of expertise, particularly in regards to provision of facilities to customers, customer recruitments and credit & financial analysis.

• Coordinates in providing adequate and vital information about existing managed portfolio as well as the potential ones in order to assist in the preparation of the divisional business / marketing plans.
• Active in the primary and secondary market in line with the bank strategy and investment plan.
• Responsible for the achievement of budgeted revenue and profit while maintaining a low risk profile rating.
• Prepare credit facilities documentations i.e. loan agreements, confirmation letter, corporate guarantee, personal guarantee, promissory note, pledge forms etc.
