Recruitment
• Receive and download applications for employment from the department's website, sort and identify a list of interviews
• Participate in staff selection interviews and write a report for each applicant included the strengths and weaknesses and comparison tables between each of them to facilitate the process of selection and recruitment
• Contribute to the completion of the recruitment process according to the specific systems
• Preparation and writing job offers and contracts for work at the Career Department
Manpower
• According to the job evaluation system adopted in coordination with the concerned authorities

• Receiving departments of employment and vacancies available to compare
• Participate in job evaluation and characterization of the department in coordination with relevant parties
• Following up the execution of the (Organization Chart) and the Jobs distributions.
Employee Relation
• Acts as first point of contact for employees for performance management and employee relations issues.
• Ability to assess potential problems and make sound judgements around issues that may have an adverse effect on the business from an ER perspective also by the comity.
• Develop and implement policies, programs and procedures related to Employee Relations.
• Meets with management to discuss possible actions to be taken.
• Maintains medical, insurance, and other personnel records and forms.
• Monitors disciplinary actions to ensure consistency.
• Assists in investigation and resolution of associate legal complaints and coordinates processes for responding to legal complaints by working with corporate counsel.
• Partners across the HR core to develop innovative solutions that enhance operational effectiveness while leveraging systems and technology related to employee relations .
HRIS
• Head of HR Systems Unit
• Regular monitoring reports on staff attendance and leave system for employees and the preparation of the required data for that
• Monitoring and keeping electronic records management and employees of the Department follow the requirements of modernization
• Follow-up with other departments to provide their employees with information and data as needed and delivered to an authorized person
• Coordination with members of the management of human resources to provide technical support in the understanding and application of matters relating to staff relations
• Modify the errors were made by staff and their dealings in human resources management system
Write reports, correspondence and memoranda pertaining to the department for the head of the department
• Contribute to the preparation of reports on the activities of the Section
• To manage the computer system's human resources management and make necessary improvements to upgrade the quality of outputs of the system
• In-charge of (HRMS) HR software.
• In-charge of (Smart Time 3000) attendance software.
• In-charge of (security correspondence software) AKA (Trasul)
• Modify system BI reports periodically
• Transfer of employee data through the program TODE to use the data in other programs temporary
• Work to amend some codes in reports commensurate with the powers of users
• Control systems work and issue a report for review with management and the information technology sector
• Work with the developer of the program HRMS and discuss new programs related to the program of human resources such as IRecrutment, IPerformance and Smart Time 3000
Personnel
• Enter transactions on the staff human resources system
• Work on the numbers of functional structure of the new company after the merger and applied to the human resources system
Payroll
• Enter transactions for payments and deductions on payroll system
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly payroll reports and annual
