• Coordinating with various departments (IP, Protocol, Youth, Commercial and RE&D etc.) to facilitate them to achieve desired level of all services.
• Conducting physical security and risk vulnerability inspections evaluate and provide recommendations to mitigate them, plan for the protection of people, property and information, protecting assets and monitoring the use of resources and facilities.

• Establish and maintain a close relationship with all stakeholders in order to provide safe working environment and meetings on regular basis with all stakeholder and address all on going issues, listing their concerns and providing them adequate solution.

• Assisting officials with their efforts to enforce policies and procedures. Implementation of access control procedure in order to prevent unauthorized access and providing safe atmosphere for the workforce and visitors.

• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific VIP events and site visits. Arrange security escort for VIP’s and coordinate with security team to block the traffic on site for safe and secure VIP movement.
• Respond to all emergencies in cooperation with local emergency responders and site security team, while dealing with emergency monitor and record all the emergency response process to analyses the data for improvement.
• Receiving site visit requests, reviewing requirements and communicating with requesting department to ensure smooth operation.
• Supervise security investigations, risk assessment, detailed reporting and assessment of incidents, while stating required actions for prevention of similar incidents.
• Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and premises.
• Immediately respond to issues to provide necessary assistance when needed.
• Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident / incident investigations.
• Monitor Expo 2020 security partners, ensuring that they are performing within the Expo 2020 guidelines.
• Provide additional support or guidance to Expo 2020 security partner when needed.
• Coordinating with management for Event time planning and security deployment.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Head of Security Operations from time to time

Supervising of 110 security guard’s team and allocating their duties.
Prepares & Supervise documentation (e.g. incident and activity reports, security logs, etc.) for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information.
Implementing all house rules.
Assists Human Resources Division for the purpose of updating employee information.
Investigates potential premises crimes and/or staff related community incidents for the purpose of resolving conflicts.
Responds for emergency situations by addressing immediate safety concern
Assists the management for the purpose of identifying rule or regulation violations and/or in special investigation and searches.
Coordinating with Dubai Aviation Engineering Project (DAEP) Authorities.
