Reporting to the HR Director for all aspects of employee relations and participating in:
• Assist in all aspects of the HR process and developing and implementing HR strategy, performance management, evaluation, rewards, salary assessment and recruitment.
• Assist in developing the human resource policy.
• Solving problems involving individuals which arise out or affect work situations.
• Conducting interviews with employees and discussion with personnel - human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity.
• Developing the working teams through giving support and training.
• Follow-up evaluation of the performance of the employees to know the strengths and weaknesses of the employees and work to resolve them.
• Explain and provide advice to employees about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Recruitment and interviewing and ensure that the qualifications and attitude that are commensurate with the job.
• Making sure that the company and the employees are committed with the laws and regulations compatible with the Labor office laws.
• Saving the hiring cost through establishment agreement withe Human Resource Development fund.
• Support the new employees in HRDF and follow-up the process with HRDF.
• Maintain higher the saudization rates for achieving highest classification in Labor Office.
• Lead the government relations team and develop a plan to make sure the renewal the IQAMAH for the employees and the issuance of visa exit re-entry.
• Supervision of MOQIM site and GOSI.
I am involved with assisting with all aspects of the Human Resource Operation at Support Services Co. including: planning, modified the pay scale, the job description, staff recruitment, Evaluated performance, promotion, pay awards, vacations, pension deductions, and employment contracts. Also, I am involved in arranging medical insurance for staff and their families, as well as trade visits. Moreover, I am responsible in dealing with all aspects of Governmental matters such as GOSI, Ministry of Labor, and Human Resource Development Fund and so on.
