Welcome and seat the guest to available table. Offer drinks at the time they are seated.
Follow the SOP for upselling throughout the sequence of service.
Deliver the best possible dining experience to the guests. Follow up on the drinks and food to insure guests receive them on time.
Anticipate guest needs and provide them instinctively.
Insure guest satisfaction from both service and food.
Take guest order and suggest new products as well as add ons.
Do daily POS (cash/card) closing.
Collect petty cash and prepare closing cash after shift is finished.
Welcome and greet customers, take their order and serve.
Help set up function hall for parties and host the event.
Process insurance claims and confirmation with payments.
Filing all documents in the Accounting department such as cheques, bank transfers/payables.
Check cash deposits (receivable accounts) with attached document against Statement from company accounting system.
Input company cheques/ bank transfer transactions (receivable accounts) in company accounting system.
Oversees all the staff in their work, from the preparation to the serving of the food to patients and guests.
Provide a good working environment for co-workers.
Enforce rules and regulations of the company.
Do administrative works such as filing, creating paper works (leave forms, absenteeism and etc.)
Identify problems and create solutions.
Orient, teach and evaluate new staffs.
