- Analyze market and competitors about after-sales offers within the market analysis area for new and used vehicles and suggest respective packages to the management, by ensuring that his after sales staff carry out regular competition analyses in their market analysis area, summarizes the results.
- A Initiates & makes sure that the company works with optimal development and sequence organization (likewise the interface definition between the departments) and the pertinent rational facilities and working means to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and best possible profits.
