Director of Studies•Manager
I have worked closely with Zayana for more than two years and have found her to be consistently reliable, conscientious and dedicated to the highest standards of teaching. She is very much respected by her students and colleagues, regularly participates in professional development and has contributed greatly to a positive working environment in the school. I have no hesitation in recommending her, and will be happy to answer any further questions.

Senior English Language Teacher•Colleague
Zayana is one of the most effective teachers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her awareness of students' needs, learner styles, cultural factors and knowledge of methodology allows her to be extremely flexible. She can work with one-to-one VIPs, a group of managers, general English groups and IELTS preparation groups with equal success. For this reason she is often chosen to manage mixed ability groups, challenging personalities and substitute for other teachers at the last minute. She can also carry out large amounts of administration to extremely tight deadlines effectively and is generally a very supportive member of the team. She is quite simply a very reliable and genuine person, with excellent pedagogical, administration, interpersonal and time management skills.

General Manager•Manager
Highly diligent, productive professional English Language Trainer with a background in customer service and a high rapport with students. She developed several customized training material as English for Special Purposes and her diligence is exceptional. Highly recommended to train Business English, English for Special Purposes, IELTS Prep, and General English Language for CEFR A1 and above. Her rapport with colleagues is excellent as she is an excellent team worker, always willing to assist others and share her successes. Quite respected for her work ethics and emotional stability like any professional should have. As a manager when she worked for me I always knew I could depend on her on producing results and at one point I assigned her management of a client in the military where she managed teacher schedules (3 all together), progress reports for 4 groups, and liaison with the officer in charge of the project for any project issues. In that aspect she was always on time and kept me well updated of project progress She is highly recommendable and we will rehire her anytime she decides to join us at HCT-CERT again
