• Answer phone inquiry/calls from various customer & transfer call to concerned person.
• Responsible for sorting, distributing & systematically organizing of all incoming and outgoing documents, email, faxes, photocopying, memos & other related documents.
• Receiving incoming documents and prepares outgoing correspondences
• Perform tasks of preparing agendas and taking down minutes of meetings and distribute the same to the concerned person.
• Ensure submission deadlines and Prepared for the submittals of various documents.
• Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure as per ISO 9001 standard, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
• Controls revised copies and Monitors proper disposal of obsolete documents.
• Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff. Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings
• Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office without any damage.
