Perky Pat India is a firm into corporate gifting and garments, providing services to MNCs and large Indian corporations pan-India.

 Finance: as part of this portfolio, I was reporting into the CEO directly. The responsibilities included:
• Allocation of assets and liabilities over time, under conditions of certainty and uncertainty
• Cash flow management
• Petty cash management
• Quotation and Invoice generation/ management for clients
• Purchase Order management for vendors
• Vendor Finalizations. Prepared the Vendor Finalization Matrix as a standard for new vendor introduction. This process included negotiations, vendor inspections and form development (based on org. critical metrics)
• Preparation of P&L Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Estimates, so as to effectively forecast financial goals and the direction for the company’s growth
• During ERP deployment, was involved in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) definition and metrics as part of the Pilot Team

 Business Development
• Utilized knowledge in consumer branding to create a compelling and innovative identify for company
• Drew upon sales, marketing and management experience to day-to-day operations of the department
• Gathering research on different products
• Grew inbound marketing, new clients and new business
• Liaisoning with clients to finalize orders
• Working very closely with the Merchandizing and Production teams to ensure optimal quality, delivery and hence, client satisfaction

As an Executive in the Accounts department, I was managing several daily tasks. Being my first employment, this provided me significant opportunity to learn various accounting functions.
