Supervision for Frame structure form Work, Steel Work, and Concrete Pouring.

To supervise all the road works including lying of layers, compaction, material inspection and asphalt etc.

Coordination with Consultant & construction Manger regarding Works and site issues.

To Take actions and follow the instructions of seniors.

To supervise the site Forman and Sub contractor’s Work.

Coordination in Planning & scheduling of work to design the work plan.
To follow the progress of work as per work plan.
Data evaluation to support the contract department.
To use the new construction technologies and skills.
To identify and resolve site problems prior to having a negative impact on the project.
Dealing with Subcontractors for awarding them work and their billing.

Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.

Preparation of method statements of different site activities.

Leading the project execution & providing the solutions of the execution problems.

To Work with the team of the engineers for the technical proposals & corrective measurements.

To raise the queries as per construction drawings.
