• Dealing with user enquiries, which may involve one-on-one advice sessions.

I worked at Qatar University call center as a student support specialist, responsibilities:
 Handle many students, parents and professors inquires and calls daily, giving detailed, personalized, friendly and polite service to meet their needs and satisfaction.
 Collect data such as student QU ID number, names and phone numbers… and reflect these data in QU system.
 Proficient in video conferencing platforms such as, Microsoft teams and zoom.

I have been worked as an academic advisor part time. I was responsible for provide an educational guidance and I was an assistant for students by planning schedules, recommending courses and determining appropriate education.
