Working under different client projects such as PHCC & MOPH.
Performs clerical work for the department and communicatesefficiently with all clients through various methods (Calls andemails) to collect the details and provide helpful accurateinformation to clients.
Maintains comprehensive and Keeps all client's databasesupdated.
Maintains the strict confidentially of all department, residents, andfellows’ records at all times.
Making outgoing telephone calls to customers/clients to providefurther information or to follow up on information previouslygiven if needed.
Demonstrate a high level of empathy during interactions with thecaller.
Supporting other functions within the project such as providingspecific information and more as instructed by the line manager.
Performing initial analysis to assess the quality of the data, usingadvanced computerized models to extract the data needed.
Preparing reports based on analysis and presenting them tomanagement.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and practices.
Attend training courses relevant to the role and implement thetraining as appropriate.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Communicating effectively verbally and in writing in English.
Work as a team with other colleagues to carry out work smoothly.
