• Handle maintenance, planning and optimization of the maintenance processes while minimizing breakdowns & down times of 14 batching plants, at 9 locations in Abu Dhabi, Western region and 4 off shore islands.
• Responsible for Setup of Ready-Mix concrete plants, refurbishment, erection and Dismantling with all amenities
• Responsible for the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems & logistical equipment, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the division.
• Continuously evaluate the operation of the company plant and machinery in order to cover the need for procurement and replacements of the division’s equipment’s and machinery as well as the employee mix.
• Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance
• Responsible for the overall maintenance activities of Concrete pumps, Transit Mixers, Cement Bulkers, Truck mounted cranes, wheel loaders, forklifts, power generators and other concrete equipments
• In charge of setting up pipelines, placing boom, stationary pumps for high rise, horizontal pumping and below ground concrete placing activities at different project sites
• Coordinates with equipment manufacturers, suppliers of equipment and OEM regarding maintenance requirements, spare parts and technical issues
• Plans the preventive maintenance of the equipments and ensures that maintenance procedures are implemented
• Implementation of QEHS regulations & policies in workshop and Equipment operations

• Improved the availability and uptime of machineries to 85%
• Implemented a comprehensive preventive maintenance system for machines which includes condition monitoring by oil, coolant and fuel analysis and annual and periodic inspections.
• Standardized the spare parts and service supply system by defining the supplier list for parts and service as per equipment manufacturer’s specification.
• Managing the day to day operations of Maintenance department follow up work in progress, schedule major repair works, plan parts and manpower
• Determine the stock level of parts for preventive maintenance, scheduled repairs and refurbishment works
