Pakistan Project is a 40MM$ green field Dry Laundry facility which is located in the industrial zone of Karachi- Pakistan.
Duties:
1.MSG technology expert and process reference for the project.
2.Local Fabrications Management with contractor side: Fabrication of 210 equipments/Structural items locally following the P&G standards and design correctness.
3.Full mechanical Installation of plant’s equipments.
4.Management of the static and dynamic checks for the MSG department.
5.Technical support for all design related issues in the MSG construction
6.Full design and construction of technical scopes in the MSG
7.Full punch list items killing for the entire project
8.Full responsibility of Post Startup Issues for the entire plant.
9.Owning Learn From Experience System for the Project
10.Owning Feedback To Design System for the Project.

Reliability Manager-Dry Laundry-F&HC في Procter & Gamble

Background: Procter and Gamble Fabric and Home Care Department in Cairo Plant is the second biggest in the Region and one of the biggest in P&G globally with assets exceeding 75 MM$. the Making of dry laundry department assets are 57 MM$.
Duties:
1.Managing the maintenance activities in the making department
2.Responsible of the time based, condition based and predictive maintenance planning and execution.
3.Responsible of planning and executing countermeasures to eliminate breakdowns through using daily management systems
4.Analyzing failures and breakdowns and putting action plans on daily basis
5.Responsible of process reliability of the line, executing daily and monthly gap analysis and putting and executing action plans to increase reliability
6.Leading a project to increase the PR, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and decreasing MTTR (Mean time to Repair)
7.Led the new process reliability measures implementation and execution in the department
8.Working with the engineering hub and project management departments to execute projects, capacity increases and line enhancements.
9.Owner of the maintenance and repair (M&R) budget in the department, performing gap analysis and action plans to decrease maintenance expenditures.
10.Owner of the lubrication standard daily management system across the site
11.Owning the In-house electrical generation project in the department.
12.Owner of the Focused Improvement Pillar in the MSG Department
13.Owner of the Progressive Maintenance Pillar in the MSG Department
14.Owner of the authorized expenditures done on the line. ( Capital Expenditures)
15.Responsible of the maintenance data base on SAP
