• Managing each account from contract negations, sales, pricing, billing, and logistics to order delivery, arranging final handover and sign off of projects
• Developing a marketing strategy by analyzing market and creating selling strategies to capture the maximum amount of revenue and meet/exceed sales goals.

Handling an extended database of clients in Dubai (manufacturers, Interior designers, architects, procurement agencies, retail shops, contractors) and managing those accounts in order to achieve sales growth and monthly target
Resolving any issues and problems faced by clients and dealing with complaints to maintain trust, monitoring day-to-day operations (product training/ quotations/ payment terms)
Responding to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests through email, phone, online presentations, in person meetings
Dealing directly with hotel and restaurant management to propose products for future and ongoing projects
Supporting clients with hotel/retail/residential projects from pre sales and business case preparation till project’s closure by product presentations, customer training and budget evaluation
