In charge of the " FOUR SEASONS Hotel" project at The Pearl, comprising 26 floors and 245 apartments. Full fit-out scope including: ceiling/wall/floor finishes, built-in joinery works, doors and ironmongeries, FF&E, coordination with MEP systems, etc.

In charge of the “Les Bois de Bikfaya” project (gated community comprising 7 buildings and large landscaped areas) and the “V-TOWER” (26-storey office building with 6 basements); coordination with the Owner/Consultant during the conceptual and design development phases, planning and managing overall site works (project initiation, team allocation, permits, schedule, cost control, execution of concrete/MEP/finishing/infrastructure/landscaping works, payment certificates, etc.), geotechnical enabling works (secant piles/anchors/struts/dewatering), coordination with Procurement/Sales/Finance departments, VE proposals, etc.

Worked on the “BeitMisk” residential project; coordinated between the Employer/Consultant/Contractor, managed overall construction activities in accordance with the technical specifications and quality requirements, certified contractors’ interim payment applications/Variation Orders, chaired periodic site meetings, monitored schedule and budget, implemented sustainable green initiatives (part of the BREEAM certification process), etc.

Residential buildings/villas (high-end finishing), steel warehouses, offices, etc.
Main responsibilities: preparation of bids for new projects, collection of offers and selection of contractors/suppliers, coordination with the Owner/Consultants, preparation of agreements, coordination of shop drawings and composite drawings, preparation of material submittals, scheduling, cost control, landscaping-related civil works (swimming pool, tennis court, stone walls), site supervision, etc.

Worked on the $910M 5-star “St. Regis Hotel” project (90, 000 m2); in charge of a 22-storey residential tower and 15-storey hotel (2 towers): planning, execution, supervision, finishing works, external render, progress reports, DOKA self-climbing system, post-tension slabs, dewatering, coordination with Consultant/local authorities/QA-QC, administration of material supply, etc.

Worked with the US Air Force and CH2MHill on the $15M CADILLACS project at the Al-Udeid Air Base; managed all daily site activities, liaised between Client / Subcontractor, schedule, pre-cast members installation, etc.
