1) Support the field-level
monitoring of WASH activities in host communities and refugee camps, including but not limited to the following . WASH in schools and health care
facilities interventions . Climate Action Clubs in schools and Makani centers . Community engagement and behavior change at host communities and refugee settings . Climate Adaptation/climate action and resilience interventions at the community level . Provision of WASH services in Refugee camps and Informal Tented Settlements
2) Support the documentation of achievements, good practices, lessons learned and overall
knowledge management for WASH interventions, including climate action climate resilient WASH.
3) Support preparation of concept notes, donor
briefs and reports, and other reporting requirements within the WASH section.
4) Support the WASH section monitoring and evaluation function, through baseline assessments, evidence generation, post-distribution
monitoring and other evaluations to be conducted during the assignment.
5)Support the implementation of communication and advocacy-related
activities, including event preparation, management, donor visits, and
others.
Support WV staff on contractor selection process
Developing the design drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) according to the project team request.
Participating in the bidding/tender process and support the project in selecting adequate contractor of rehabilitation services
Conducting site visits intended for rehabilitation with bidders if requested
Lead rehabilitation activity implementation and process
Agreeing with the selected contractor(s) on the site plan and final BOQs
Conducting regular field visits
Constantly communicating with the contractor(s) and the project team for updates, follow up, technical inputs, and timely problem solving
Supporting the project team on needed approvals for proceeding the rehabilitation works
Supporting the project team on handing over of the equipment and sites to Ministry of Education and schools
Supporting the project team on equipping and furnishing the classrooms by supervising the quality of equipment purchased.

“Built Heritage Project” in Umm Qais Archeological site. Main Project outcome is to rehabilitate and preserve the archeological site of “Treaty Court” using environment friendly materials (such as hay and volcanic ash instead of industrial cement)
Accountabilities:
1. Arrange Contracts, raise Purchase Orders and expenditure authorization forms for approval and chase invoices to ensure accurate payment.
2. Oversee vendor performance to ensure timelines of product supply and quality.
3. Research new equipment purchases and recommend supervisor’s consideration.
4. Coordinate travel needs, schedules and meetings and develop documents and monitor activities.
5. Manage project file systems and involve in project related calls.
6. Coordinate with project teams on tasks as per objectives.
7. Report updates verbally and in written form to PL and PM.
Jordan - North Field Office
Accountabilities;
1. Provide direction, assigns tasks and gives instructions to Rehabilitation team, specifies their individual work plans and evaluates individual team members’ performance.
2. Supervised the completion of three projects with three donors:
AFD: working areas of Irbid /Qasaba and Bani Obied in collaboration with NRC as a consortium.
MADAD: Work in Collaboration with ACTED and Intersos, working areas: Taybeh and North Mazar,
SDC: working area in Jerash and Bani Kenanh, and a pilot project to include 30 units of “Greywater Recycling Systems” to increase water storage for domestic uses.
3. Participate in meetings and events of WASH Program and in ACF-Jordan Strategy development meetings.
4. Represented ACF in coordination meetings when the WASH PM / DPM are not available or upon their request.
5. Support other ACF teams when needed; service, finance, HR, Admin and Logistics, M&E department and any other work related departments or stakeholders
6. Explain and ensure application of the water, sanitation, hygiene and water management methodologies.
7. Organized the work of the team to optimize the capacity of each team member.
