I currently lead the design and implementation of a soon-to-be launched regional initative on youth responsible leadership; QASD.
Silatech; is an independent non-profit organization in Qatar. Silatech promotes large-scale job creation, entrepreneurship, access to capital and markets, and the participation and engagement of young people in economic and social development.
Responsibilities and achievements include:
* Consultant to the Child Safety Program at the Jordan River Foundation in Program Development, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Advocacy,
* Social Development Specialist with Mahara for Professional Consultancies for a World Bank funded project; Establishing Three Integrated Social Services Centers for the Ministry of Social Development.
* Co-trainer on Focus Group Methodology with the Jordan Civil Society Program
* Strategic Planning and budgeting for the department as well as the Program;
* Leveraging program-based partnerships nationally, regionally and internationally;
* Raising program-based funding to support the activities of the program.
* Managing the Program's donor relations and agreements;
* Administering strategic initiatives related to child safety; such as the National Social Work Initiative (2006 - present) aiming at enhancing the quality of social work education and practice;
* Managing monitoring and evaluation activities of the program, including need and impact assessment studies.
Responsible for the development, implementation and management of the human resource and administration systems.
