As Customer Relations Manager, I work to connect our individual and small business clients to the appropriate bank specialists. payments, and transfers. Also addressed any concerns or complaints of customers.
Completed certificate program at the Ministry of Education’s IT department.
Focused on reviewing and archiving the ministry’s data storage.
