•Handle interface between WMS & host systems.
•Ensure stock accuracy between the both ILS & Gold systems.
•Take initiative to resolve discrepancies & ensure the Operations team are supported & issues are resolved in a timely manner.
•Investigate errors & delivery issues going out of the DC
•Recommend action plans & process enhancements to reduce warehouse errors & delivery issues.
•Manage the all individual performances to build productivity plan to use the units/per/man/hr (UPMH) performance.
•Monitor individual performance using individual user reports within WMS
•Identify Employees for appropriate jobs based on training knowledge.
•Manage the Perpetual Inventory
•Maintain the records of Inventory auditing
•Stock take auditing
•Familiar with using of RF Scanners
•Good command on software integrated logistic solution (ILS)
•Able to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, while keeping correct data.
•Feedback information to management team.

Updating the accounts transaction on daily basis
•Updating Journal Ledger, Balance Sheets as a computer operator
•Making the staff salaries reports
•Maintain the all records regarding daily task
