Manage or Close the position of Management level, Senior & Middle level, Staf & Blue collar requirement in (Oman)like- General Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Facilities Manager, Project Engineer, Sales Manager, Sales & Product Manager, Ofice Automation, Finance Manager, Engineers, Executive Secretary, Tender Engineer, Divisional Manager/AGM, Chillers Sales, HR, IT, Administration, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC, Contracts Manager, AFM, Business Development, Supervisors, multiple Blue collars position within TAT & criteria mention in JD & RAF Form (Resource Acquisition form). Successfully conducted a Mass Recruitment Campaign of 300 persons from India for Blue collar workforce; Define sourcing strategies against each defined JD like Job Portals/Recruitment consultants /Newspaper/Walk-Ins/ Visit Visa /References/ Internal database /company career sites/Trade fair or campus/ or social networking. Directs and Coordinates with Overseas Manpower Suppliers/Agents concerning overseas hiring requirement. Prepare or review job descriptions in consultation with HR Manager or Technical Head, outlining in detail all skills and qualities required and desired in a successful job applicant. Source, screen, shortlist CVs as per company requirement/ JD from the relevant Department. Telephonic conversation with shortlisted candidates for reviewing communication skills, experience, competency, salary expectation & availability.
Arrangement of telephonic & personal interviews as per the availability of Interviewer / committee & candidate. Complete the documentation process as per company policy (Attested education & experience certificate) Issue pre-employment ofer letter to the selected candidate, negotiation, brief explanation of salary package benefits along with Verify education & experience certificates and conduct reference check. Issue final Employment Ofer to the candidate upon all signatures and communicating the same with candidates/ Agents for speedy employment. Arrangement of joining of selected candidates applying for employment visa, Air ticket, hotel accommodation, transportation, intimation & orientation. Interfaced with all HR Manager & GM's to determine no. of hires (backfill and expansions), salary bracket, positions and job description for short term and long term requirements. Ability to source resumes for niche requirements through strong professional & social networking. To maintain Recruitment Tracker for all the divisions and update the career page of the company website to ensure that roles are within both budget and headcount in co-ordination with the finance team. Identifying and attracting best profiles through the Job boards - Naukri Gulf, Monster Gulf, Employee Referrals and Social media outlets. Interviewing the candidates for diferent positions, liaison with GMs and Operation Heads for final selection.
