Overall responsible for HR activities - Handling employee relation like salary difference, leave, air ticket, absenteeism, medical and sick leave. Searching and handling third party manpowertheir accountability. Maintained various soft and hard data filing systems, employee personal files/passport copies/CPR copies, general office related correspondence and supported with training materials, Dealing with recruitment agencies in India for CVs, getting approval from Project Manager, offer letter preparing, submission to PRO for processing their visa, submission of visa to Agent and taking care of their arrival.
Overall responsible for employee relation and camp management - Focal point for handling employee relation with liaison with HR Department regarding, salary difference, leave, air ticket, absenteeism, medical and sick leave and manage/coordinate maintenance and repair on camp facilities including plumbing, painting, carpentry, other duties.
Corporate first contact point for 250 colleagues, handling all elements of administration for all 250 colleagues including payroll, confidential documentation filing and managing the site timekeeper.
Managing files and databases, preparing reports and presentations, scheduling, memorandums, proposals, and correspondence, monitoring office operations and all administrative personnel. Recruitment process handling like headhunting via Internet search, resume review, shortlisting and selection. Managing employee referrals, profiles, coordinating with Agents in India, Philippine, Sri Lanka.
Provide secretarial and functionality of administrative support to other departments, including payroll, recruitment, employee onboarding and training. Created, coordinated and delivered IT skills courses as well as organized and conducted Workshop/Training seminars for computertraining as required.
