Preparation of Final Accounts on monthly basis & reporting to CFO of the group of companies...
Preparation & controlling of quarterly budget of company.
Invoicing to Clients, Issue debit / credit note to foreign clients & following for recovery.
Making of payroll for more than 300 employees (Staff & Guards).
• Preparation of Final Accounts on monthly basis & reporting to CFO of the group of companies.
• Working of Taxation, monthly depositing & filing return.
• Preparation Cash Flow on daily basis, Controlling of Company’s budget.
• Reconciliation of Bank Statement & prepare daily fund position.
• Invoicing to Clients, Issue debit / credit note to foreign clients & following for recovery.
• Maintaining vendor liabilities & foreign liabilities
• Purchasing of Fixed Assets & maintain fixed assets records.
• Making of payroll for more than 50 employees
• Monitor proper Filling of documents relating to Accounts.
Reconcile Accounts and Trial Balance
Prepare monthly branches accounts.
Prepare daily fund position and reconcile banks.
Monitor vendor, fixed assets and equipment maintenance records.
Supervise of posting of vouchers in General Ledger.
Supervise and Monitor payroll for more than100 employees & monthly Payments to suppliers & services rendered on fixed schedule.
Reconcile and Monitor Sales of the company.
Coordinate & Assist Management in Administration matters.
Monitor proper Filling of documents relating to Accounts
