Project: Roads and Infrastructure in Rawadat Abal Heeran. Package 1 (DW015). Doha Qatar

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Report to the Resident Engineer and supported by Drainage Inspectors.
• Responsible for ensuring that the drainage section of the works are constructed in accordance with the contract requirements.
• Check contractor’s submissions and shop drawings
• Respond to the contractor’s request for information
• Liaise with the Material Engineer on required testing and the test results for the drainage section of the works.
• Liaise with the Site Engineer - Utilities and / or other authorities, contractors or consultants who interface with the project.
• Monitor site safety and liaise with the Safety Engineer
• Prepare reports.
• Liaise with the Site Engineer - Roads to ensure the timely planning and implementation of any traffic detours.
• Keep comprehensive records of works done and labour and plant returns
• Assist the planning engineer to monitor progress and notify the Resident Engineer of any potential delays.

Project: Construction and Completion of Elevated Stations for Mass Rapid Transit and Other Associate Works at Taman Koperasi and Balakong.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To lead supervision team to carry out work on construction of 2 elevated Mass Rapid Transit Stations, earthworks, road works, sewerage and drainage which are box culverts, 4 k.m. roadside drain, rubble wall, berm drains, toe drains and U drains.
• Responsible for reviewing and approving Contractor’s Method Statement and Inspection and Test Plans.
• To ensure that all materials and equipment used on a project meet the required Specifications, Condition of contract and approved construction drawings.
• To ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with HSE requirements.
• Check and ensure the adequacy of the contractor’s temporary works and obtain head office assistance if temporary work design is complex.
• Keep records on site, prepare reports and measure the work for certification.
• Attending weekly and monthly meeting with client and contractor.

Project: Proposed Construction and Completion of 100 Units of Houses, 5 Units of Management Quarters, Amenities, 53 Animal Production Units (APU), Fodder Plot and other associated facilities and infrastructure works for the development of Besut Setiu Agropolitan (BSA) Panchur Bederu, Setiu, Trengganu Darul Iman.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and approving of ITPs and Work Method Statements submission by the contractor.
• Attending of monthly and weekly meetings.
• Liaise with the design office to resolve all the outstanding issues encountered on site.
• Monitoring the safety, progress, and supervising the construction activities on site.
• Verification of Contractor’s monthly progress claim and preparing of Monthly Report.
• Responding to contractor’s request for information and resolve any site issues encountered.

Project: Construction of the Full Infrastructure for Al-Jededa Al Jalat Libya Arab Jamahiriyah.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and approving of ITP, WMS and shop drawings submitted by contractor.
• Supervising the construction of sewage pumping station, sewerage system, storm water systems, storm water reservoirs and road works.
• Attending of coordination and technical meetings.
• Keep the Project Manager fully informed on all matters of consequence pertaining to the works.
• Preparing of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Reviewing and approving of material submission.

Project: Construction of Al Sadd Development Complex Project at Al Sadd District, Qatar.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and approving of WMS and material submissions.
• To ensure execution of work in accordance with the approved WMS, ITP and specification.
• Attending of coordination and site progress meetings.
• Resolving of site problems.
• Issue site memos and letter to main contractor. (MIDMAD Contracting Co. W.L.L.
• Monitoring the construction of commercial and office towers (Tower 1 to 4), apartment buildings, podium, utility building and site developments including service utilities.

Project: Construction of New Doha International Airport (NDIA) Project at Doha, Qatar.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To ensure all works at main terminal buildings are carried out in accordance with the inspection test plan, work method statement and specification.
• Checking of concrete finishing (Post Pour).
• Carrying out of site inspections prior to concreting works including rebar and formworks.
• Monitoring of daily progress and reporting to QC manager.
• Preparing of daily and weekly reports of work done.

Project: Kuala Lumpur Flood Mitigation Project, Package B.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and supervising of bored pile works of Gombak diversion channel, skin walls, base slab, retaining wall, road works and enlargement of Jawi and Batu ponds, bridges and earthworks.
• Reporting of the progress of work to Chief Resident Engineer.
• Assisting of engineer and clerk of works in carrying out their works.
• Attending of coordination meeting with main contractor, PAREMBA Construction Sdn. Bhd. (PCSB)

Project: Proposed Upgrading of Existing Polytechnic Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Kuantan, Pahang Darul Makmur.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and supervising of the construction of new library, administration, food technology, garage and maintenance, mechanical, civil, commerce, warden, hostel and TNB buildings.
• Monitoring of the progress of external works such as new roads, elevated reservoir, water reticulation, drainages, sewerage lines and football and rugby field.
• To ensure the execution of works carried out by contractor in accordance with the specifications.
• Attending of management, site and technical meetings with client, consultants and contractors.

Project: Kuantan - Kertih Railway Project (Package 2).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and supervising of the ground improvement works which are removal and replacement of the unsuitable materials, surface vibratory compaction, prefabricated vertical drain and dynamic replacement.
• Supervising of the construction of culverts, roads, drainages, bridges and embankment of railway.
• Preparing of daily report for Petronas Nasional Bhd.
• To ensure works are carried out as per ITB and ISO 9002.

Project: The proposed development of the Resort Bungalow on Lot PTD 71093 Mukim Pulai Daerah Johor Bharu, Darul Takzim (Phase 1A).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and supervising of the construction of 2, 000, 000 m3 cut and fills earthworks, 3 km main drains, 15 km road works, 17 numbers box and pipe culverts and sewerage lines.
• Reporting of site progress to project coordinator.
• Prepare monthly report and work programme.
• Monitoring of the usage of materials on site.
• Attending of weekly meeting with earthwork and infrastructure sub - contractors.
• Liaison with consultant and clients site representative.
• To ensure the works are carried out as per schedule and specifications.

Project: The construction and completion of 5 Km Road at Jerek - Meranto Gua Musang, Kelantan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and supervising of the construction of 5 Km road including culverts and drainages.
• Preparing of work programme, daily and monthly reports.
• Handling of site meeting with sub - contractors.

Project: Construction and Completion of Maktab Rendah Yayasan Trengganu at Kg. Paya Rawa Besut, Trengganu.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and supervising of the construction of administrative and hostel blocks, library and lecture theatre, multipurpose hall, sewerage treatment plant, pump house, elevated water tank, drainages, culverts, road ans other services.
• Controlling and monitoring of the overall site progress.
• Preparing of work programme on weekly basis.
• Liaison with consultant and sub- contractors.
• Monitoring of the usage of materials and plant on site.

Project: Construction of Sg. Pinang Health Centre at Tumpat, Kelantan.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising of the earthworks, construction of new buildings, road works, external works, sewerage and drainage works.
• Preparing of daily, monthly report and progress claim.
• Planning and preparing of work programme.
• Attending of site progress meeting with J.K.R and client.

Project: Pergau Hydro Electric Project at Jeli, Kelantan

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Organizing, controlling and monitoring of the construction of 14 Km tunnel excavation using charging and blasting method.
• Supervising of reinforced structural of Aqueduct gate shaft, long sit, riser shaft, low pressure and tail race tunnel.
• Supervising of the installation of secondary support works for tunnel such as rock bolting and shotcreting.
• Reporting of the daily activities and work progress to section manager.
