• Assist the Project Manager and provide facilitation support in planning, conducting, and reporting
capacity-building events related to HSE as per standard specifications,
• Conduct orientation sessions with the PO regarding HSE requirements and their significance during the
project,
• Carry out regular field visits to the site and camp to ensure HSE and compliance as per SSEMP/ADB-SPS
(2009).
Joined CEC as Environmental Associate and looking into a Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project
Management Unit Financed Project KPCIP (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cities Improvement Project) will improve the
quality of life of the residents of five KP cities, including Abbottabad, Kohat, Mardan, Mingora, and
Peshawar, directly benefitting about 6 million of urban population. KPCIP will help selected cities improve
their access to quality urban services through three interlinked outputs: (I) Climate resilient and gender
friendly urban infrastructure improve, (ii) Institutional capacities of urban service providers and
governments strengthened, and (iii) Increased women’s participation in urban governance and access to
economic opportunities. My responsibilities under this assignment include but are not limited to:
• Conducting environmental assessments and impact studies to evaluate the potential environmental
effects of projects, policies, or developments. This could involve fieldwork, data collection, and
analysis.
• Staying informed about environmental regulations and ensuring that clients comply with local, state,
and federal environmental laws. This might involve helping clients navigate permitting processes.
• Assisting clients in developing and implementing environmental management plans and sustainability

initiatives to minimize negative impacts and enhance positive contributions to the environment.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their environmental concerns and goals. Providing
recommendations and solutionsto address environmental challenges in line with the client's business
objectives.
• Generating comprehensive and clear environmental reports that communicate findings,
recommendations, and compliance statusto clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Managing environmental projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with various
stakeholders such as engineers, architects, and government agencies.
• Analyzing environmental data, including air and water quality, soil composition, and biodiversity
assessments. Using this data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Assessing environmental risks associated with specific projects or activities and developing strategies
to mitigate those risks.
• Engaging with the public or community stakeholders to address concerns and provide information

At Asian Environmental Services from September 2022 to May 2023. Joined Asian Environmental
Services as a field officer and performed in the project of the Planning and Development Department
of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Initiated the project of Master Plans of Urban Centers of Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa
Divisional and Selected District Headquarters. This project covers the Peshawar, Charsadda, Nowshera,
Mingora, and Chitral city.
• Conduct field surveys for testing/sampling of Ambient Air qualities (NO2, SO2, CO, O3, PM2.5, PM10,
and TSP) Temperature, Humidity, Wind speed, and Wind direction.
• Drinking water and surface water qualities (all the physicochemical and biological factors).

Join KGL as Environmental Coordinator and looking into an ADB Financed Project Pehur High Level Canal
Extension (PHLCEP), launched by PMO & Irrigation Department KP. The project has been designed to increase
irrigation water supply capacities. Increase water-use and on-farm management capacities exist at the pressure
pipes outlet before the pressure pipes discharge into the main canals. My responsibilities under this assignment
include but are not limited to:

Join OGDCL Dakhni Gas Processing Plant as HSE trine (Health, Safety, and Environment), my responsibilities as
Trainee may include:
Training and Education: Participate in training programs related to health, safety, and environmental
regulations and procedures. This could involve familiarizing yourself with company-specific protocols,
industry standards, and relevant legislation.
Safety Inspections: Assist in conducting regular safety inspections of the facility to identify hazards,
ensure compliance with safety regulations, and implement corrective actions as needed.

In Bachelor I have done research on water treatment and work schedule of Marble industry. In Master I have done research to use of ornamental plants to remove lead and cadmium from soil, and presented by research work in 19th International Congress of Soil Sciences Society.
