resettlement, occupational health and safety, and other mandatory plans.
• Regularly correspond with the Project Management Office and Consultant and update them regarding
the project activities/progress regarding the Environment and society.
• Assist and share weekly and monthly progress reports with the General manager.
• Assist the Project Manager and provide facilitation support in planning, conducting, and reporting
capacity-building events related to HSE as per standard specifications,
• Conduct orientation sessions with the PO regarding HSE requirements and their significance during the
project,
• Carry out regular field visits to the site and camp to ensure HSE and compliance as per SSEMP/ADB-SPS
(2009).

friendly urban infrastructure improve, (ii) Institutional capacities of urban service providers and
governments strengthened, and (iii) Increased women’s participation in urban governance and access to
economic opportunities. My responsibilities under this assignment include but are not limited to:
• Conducting environmental assessments and impact studies to evaluate the potential environmental
effects of projects, policies, or developments. This could involve fieldwork, data collection, and
analysis.
• Staying informed about environmental regulations and ensuring that clients comply with local, state,
and federal environmental laws. This might involve helping clients navigate permitting processes.
• Assisting clients in developing and implementing environmental management plans and sustainability

initiatives to minimize negative impacts and enhance positive contributions to the environment.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their environmental concerns and goals. Providing
recommendations and solutionsto address environmental challenges in line with the client's business
objectives.
• Generating comprehensive and clear environmental reports that communicate findings,

irrigation water supply capacities. Increase water-use and on-farm management capacities exist at the pressure
pipes outlet before the pressure pipes discharge into the main canals. My responsibilities under this assignment
