Job description
1-Run reports of expiry product to be able to hold an expired product on system to avoid any shipping to market or factory and turned to its SLOC at system and inform OP team to move it to its dedicated area.
Run report inventory stocks for all customer and compare it with customer system.
Insure that all release qty on system already get release request from custom.
2- Make daily tour at specific area for shift (already make a plan for all warehouse parts and divide it on shifts and days) and send an email to Concerned parties to solve it and make follow up till solving done.
3 - also make a weakly tour with operation, safety, Building and Housekeeping to find the problems and solve it immediately.
4 - random tour on all parts and leaders
5 - Hold & release authority (keep all stock on hold till get release from ministry of health regarding importation product or Quality team of customer for local supplier or factory product) compare all data from customs and physical data received from OP team.
6-Make work permission for and maintenance or building process and keep product away from this work to avoid any damage or housekeeping issues.
7 - training OP team on SOPs periodically to refresh him information regarding the right work.
8 - make follow up on OP and labors if apply the instruction of Quality and food safety or not and raise the problem if any.
9- Prepare Wearhouse and manpower inside DC to be ready for any audit (NAFSA, internal audit and external audit)
10- Co-packing process form creation the project on papers to release it for sales passing check on lines of operation, training the labor for the pest practice of work and sampling.
11- sampling for food raw materials product.
