• Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciliation vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
• Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records.
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Monthly and Weekly report of Local and Foreign Advances and Follow up for adjustment.
• Record all utility bills. labor, Transportation and Liquidation of Employees.

• Preparing the budget from in addition to follow up the monthly performance of companies and compare them with the expected budget.
• Make sure to charge the expenses to the proper accounts and cost centers and control petty cash spending.
• Preparation of the payroll and wage protection file and attach it to the bank system.
• Book all transactions in the bank and transfer to the suppliers
• Daily review treasury and match it with the balance.
• Preparation of Vat and withholding TAX Retune filing and submit it.
