Evaluation of current dealers and develop action plan to improve dealers’ performance.
Work to implement Dealers next Generation Academy.
Support ALJ Dealers in new projects like new outlet, new company, Legal consultation etc.
Monitor and Control of Net Direct Expenditure for Yanbu NGL Department.
Responsible and key person of applying a yearly Operating Plan and Business Plan of the department.
Working with Yanbu Government to facilitate EMSR for Aramco Executive Management and governmental visits.
Conducted monthly MIS review with Yanbu Area Management.
Working with Compliance Group to increase awareness through safety drills in Yanbu Community.
Responsible for conducting Feasibility Study for new ATMs. Conducted some helpful projects that increases productivity of the bank team and ATM contractor's like ATMs Quality Control Project, ATMs Transactions Forecasting Project and Transactions Trend Analysis.
Initiate and work with General Authority for Statistics and Saudi Central Bank to create "ATMs Distribution Plan" that was a road map for Al Bilad bank future Vision.
