Operation officer at VFS global I act as the primary coordinator between the embassy and the visa
applicants in the Schengen section. My role involves reviewing client’s documentation to ensure
compliance with embassy standards.
I also manage data entry ensuring the information is accurately sent to the embassy’s system, I also
perform through quality checks on submitted files to maintain high accuracy before forwarding to the
embassy in final processing.
