1- Repairing, maintain, testing, installing parts such as contactors, relays, timers, counters, overloads, sensors, limit switches, micro switches, hydraulic valves, pneumatic valves and others.
2- Repairing, installing, and maintaining, testing, trouble shooting and operation the electrical motors, pumps, mixers, air compressors, blowers, dosing systems, valves, belts, centrifuges, conveyors, control equipment, filters.
3- Testing, trouble shooting and operation the devices related to the company such as washing machine, pasteurization machine, crown device, bottling device and others.
4- Follow the faults according to the electrical designs.
1- Repairing, maintain and testing electronic sensors, limit switches, approximately switches, valves, micro switches, timers, counters, contactors, relays, over loads and others.
2- Repairing, maintain and testing the water treatment system, chillers, steam boilers, large ovens, pneumatic system, hydraulic system and the central air conditioning unit and the control room.
3- Repairing the breakdowns during the operation of the plant.
4- Installing and maintaining all power plant instrumentation and control systems.
5- Follow the faults according to the electrical drawings.
1- Design drawings.
2- Repair, installing and operation the electrical motors, automatic control boards, generators and large industrial machines such as: lathes, presses drills ....etc.
3- Design a substitute circuits instead of the old.
4- maintain the electronic boards.
ELECTRICITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT BASRA
1- Supervision on electrical works as the technical specifications and follow the work plan.
2- Connecting cables (132KV ) to the second stations ( 132KV ).
3- Make any change or notes in the design that is not identical for implementation on the ground.
4- Full coordination with consultant and follow the specification and drawing.
5- Coordinate with internal as well external department and assure work under specification as per drawing.
6- Preparing the daily report about the work that has been done.
1- Installation and repair electrical power generators, electrical control boards, voltage regulators.
2- Run the synchronization process between generators.
3- Repair and operation of Uninterruptible Power Systems UPS (3ph15kVA).
4- An electric maintenance is for industrial equipements and industrial machines and equipements of the measurement .
