• -Following the customer service team, daily operations and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
• -Communicate with customers directly and by telephone and emails and provide them with the require information
• -Arrange and book appointments for customers with the different embassies and ensure to fully fill the embassies requirements to obtain the visa.
• -handle all the customers’ issues and complains (visa refusal, delay) and find solutions for all the challenges they maybe face.
• -Increasing the Revenue and income by building strong relationship with the repeated customers.
• -negotiate packages with the customers and receive payments and insure correct data entry for invoices on company invoicing system.
• -Ensuring the customer satisfaction with the service and following any special needs for them.
• -provide support to the staff in handling the customers in filling visas applications forms, issuing travel insurance booking flights tickets and hotels and appointments.
• -receive, review analyze daily reports from staff and record it on the system and insure reaching monthly and annual plan and target.
• -follow and order the office stationary if not sufficient.
• -prepare, finalize and close month end reports.
• -Responsible for reviewing and prepare payment for sub contractors on monthly basis (insurance company, commission translation company commission and stationary.
• -Set up and maintain filing system.

• -Arranging the duty roster, annual leaves, sick leaves, residency renewal, incentive, offers, terminations and payroll as per local labor low procedures and keep records of the same.
