• Management of Health, Safety, and Environmental for around 70 employees on daily onshore-offshore activities.
• Responsible for the Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements in response activities and in normal duties including establishing Safety zones, PPE, Decontamination, general overall safety, site access, Hazard Identification, Pollution prevention & control, and preparing the Site Safety and Health Plan according to ADNOC Health Safety and Environmental Management Manual of Code of Practices.
• Monitoring and assessing hazardous, unsafe situations, developing measures to assure personnel safety. Environmental Management, Environmental Survey, Environmental monitoring plan, Environmental Inspection, waste Management, and implementation to the concern pollutant areas before and after the response activities including reporting and record keeping requirements.
• Responsible to oversee and implement the protection, containment, and cleanup activities established in the Incident Action Plan. Providing appropriate cleanup recommendations as to the types of the various shorelines & the degree to which they have been impacted.
• Risk Assessment and Incident Investigations study Reporting, and for the onshore-offshore activities.
• Organizing emergency response exercises, and drills.
• Coordinate collection, documentation, storage, transportation, and analysis of different oil and Environmental samples in ADNOC Laboratories.
• Planning, survey, response, manages the groups of personnel, preparing the documents and reports (situation reports, survey forms, final report etc.)
• Participates with Terminal Oil Spill Coordinator in the preparation of contingency plans.
• Assists in the development of Pollution Control and Safety Training Courses.
• Safety awareness for all employees in the sites.

• Provides work direction and technical guidance for offshore and onshore Pollution Control Activities according to ADNOC Health Safety and Environmental Management Manual of Code of Practices.
• Provides technical engineering direction and advice to Pollution Control Units during their routine response activities.
• Oversees the preparation of documents and leak/spill reports required to the stakeholders.
• Provides technical engineering expertise to the Division relating to operation and maintaining existing equipment, preparing specifications, and purchase of new equipment.
• Participates with Terminal Oil Spill Coordinator in the preparation of contingency plans.
• Assists in the development of Pollution Control Training Courses for Marine personnel and oversees implementation including scheduling of group personnel, and on-site direction.
• Instructor in Responder Training Program (RTP) for Dispersants Module.
• Perform oil spill chemical treatment by using dispersants with different methods.
• Environmental monitoring plan and implementation to the concern pollutant areas before and after the response activities.
• Required analysis for ADNOC oil to identify the source of accident and Regular Dispersant Effectiveness and Toxicity test for ADNOC stockpiles.
• Responsible for performing the various hazardous materials assessments and all response activities starting from survey till reach the waste management for the task force during incident operations, reports directly to the Technical Team Manager.
• Logistic support in oil spill response and Hazardous Materials response preparedness activities.
• Participate in SPC Environmental Protection Projects like mangrove ecosystems.
• Participates in procedures and instruments evaluation committee for Environment, Health, and Safety Laboratory.
• Team member in preparing Occupational Safety and Health Management System.

• Instructor in Environmental Pollution and Environmental Chemical Analysis for the summer training to the students from the scientific faculties in Egypt.
• Vice-Head of the safety and profession health and Environment committee in CCC.
• Participate in the research plan for monitoring the Effect of Climate change on the Environment.
• Head of Liquid and Solid Laboratory Waste management System.
• Member in the Egyptian Program for Oil Spills Identification and Mitigation committee.

• Organize the monitoring plans for water resources in Egypt (River Nile, Lakes, Underground water, and coastal water) and soil pollution and inspection of the factories.
• Sharing in preparing Medpol Monitoring plan for the Sediments and benthos for Mediterranean and Red Sea for year 2009.
• Lay down and flow up the rates necessary to ensure the permissible levels of pollutants are not exceeded.
• Sharing in preparing an environmental contingency plan and coordinate with the competent bodies regarding preparing of programs to face Environmental disasters.

• Participating in the studies to evaluate the sedimentation problems and sediment Quality in Nasser Lake.
• Transport the experience of chemical analysis and laboratory wastewater treatment to the chemist worked in the EEAA branches (RBOs), following up the testing methods used for analysis of water and soil, and conducting collaboration accuracy.

- Worked as a quality control and production chemist, to produce phosphate fertilizers and sulfuric acid, participated to solve the environmental pollution caused by the factory, beginning the practical part of the master thesis by the aid of the company equipments and personnel, and following up the treatment station for industrial wastewater (the industrial wastewater contain mainly fluorides and phosphate pollutants, so, the station is design to reduce the fluoride and phosphates before discharge).
- Laboratory chemist for analyze sulfuric acid, Olum purity, phosphoric acid contents, phosphate fertilizers before shipping, And heavy metals in concentrated fodder ( SOLAR 969 MCIR, ENGLAND).

- Worked as a quality control and production chemist, to produce most foam products, and participated in solving the environmental pollution caused by the factory by treating thiocyante vapors after liquefying.
- Supervisor to the production sector.
