• Preparing manpower histogram and cash flow plan and ensure positive cash flow.
• Attending weekly progress meeting with client representatives, project management team, consultants,
main contractor and subcontractors. .
• Organizing weekly internal meetings with engineers and related staff, meant for work planning, work
progress monitoring and project milestones tracking.
• Official correspondences with the main contractor, subcontractors, suppliers and head office.
• Monthly progress invoices and variations preparation and follow up with consultant /client up to the
approval and collection.
• Reviewing engineering calculations.
• MEP Shop drawings and material submittal supervision and ensuring that it is in line of project documents
requirements, authorities regulations and direct approach with consultant to ensure approvals .
Materials and long lead items’ orders planning and follow up as per site conditions and program of
works.
• Follow‑up with the local authorities for temporary and permanent approvals.
• Ensuring work execution in very high standards as per project documents, authorities requirements and
up to consultant / client satisfaction.
• Staff training, guidance and evaluation.
• Proposing of alternative specifications to meet client budget.
• Value engineering: proposing alternative and energy consumption efficient systems.
• Monitors performance of project team for quality and productivity, and takes necessary action for
improvement, if needed.
• Ensures timely completion of the project within (or better than) budget and hand over the project to client
within the stipulated time.
