 Manage and develop the team of network engineers responsible for developing and maintaining the multiservice network infrastructure and services required to meet the voice/data/multimedia business needs of DFM.
 Initiate, plan and lead the unit to develop and maintain the secure, multiservice network infrastructure and services work.
 Working with the HR department to put KPI’s for the network and secuirty unit.
 Work closely with the Information Security to manage and maintain a secure network infrastructure for the DFM. This will include controlling the data paths/flows to access or leave the DFM’s network to ensure the security of inbound and outbound information flows; protecting information systems resources against internal and external hazards and vulnerabilities; identifying and authenticating users and authorizing agreed access to resources; filtering/blocking non-authorized or non-solicited content, viruses and malicious codes; detecting and preventing non-authorized access and attempted security breaches. Closing External Auditor NCR’s was one of the main unit KPI’s.
 Drive the evolution of the multiservice network infrastructures. Keep abreast of technological advances; and facilitate the implementation of specific initiatives to align with the DFM’s strategic priorities. Manage architectural design, oversee the preparation of technical specifications, consult with suppliers and assess products as necessary.
 Provide comprehensive key performance indicators and reports on the multiservice network infrastructures' availability and performance.
 Establish technical specifications for projects with vendors and managing contracts with specialized service providers in the areas network services, including fully externally managed operations for specific services.
