1. Assist in the development of personnel policies and procedures to ensure that the company follows best practice and avoids
infringing employment law.
2. Assist in organizational change projects to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the company.
3. Provide support and advice to managers on the planning of their workforce requirements.
4. Organizing labor contracts and renewing workers’ ID cards in addition to completing all procedures for exit and return of workers.

8. Arrange the payment of staff salaries through the computerized payroll system.
9. Administer the Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay and Statutory Paternity Pay schemes.
10. Assist in the administration of the end of service scheme.
11. Provide advice to staff and managers on matters related to pay, medical Insurance.
12. Maintain records of expenses incurred by staff and arrange for the payment of these.
13. Maintain all necessary payroll records required to comply with statutory regulations and for the effective management of the payroll.
14. Provide petty cash on request and maintain a record of all payments made.
15. Organizing and following up all procedures related to medical and engineering licenses, issuance and renewal.
