(Tencate is world renowned multinational group to produce state of artificial synthetic turf. Located in Dubai, is the biggest manufacturing plant with 16 fully operational State of art Machinery Production Lines)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Designing Electromechanical Systems/Parts of Machines/Machine Tools/Carts/Conveyers/Trolleys/ Platforms for new machines based on requirements provided using SOLIDWORKS/AUTO CAD.
• Develop detailed Design Document/Bills of Materials/Assembly Modeling and Specifications for Mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate with fabrication team (inhouse or outsource) and instruct them to use the most suitable machining process (CNC waterjet/Laser or Plasma machine).
• Testing finished product and process capabilities; establishing standards based upon Prototype.
• Review, Brainstorm, and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
• Redesigning existing machinery/Reverse engineering and Continuous R&D based on operators' feedback to reach the most efficient solution.
• Prepare complete Installation Drafts highlighting Electrical / Compressed Air /Water /Drainage and Machine Positioning 2D diagrams to be implemented.
• Create, draft and design product layouts and schemes using customer specification.
• Investigate and undertake analysis on how to improve existing project design or components.
• Developing the manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, redesigning.
• Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
• Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Installation / maintenance of all type of CNC machinery (5 axis waterjet, 3 axis Plasma, Laser, Oxyfuel )
• Training customers for electromechanical system, periodic maintenance as well as multiple Software Training (CAD/CAM Taglio, OSAI touch, Fastcam) .
• Working for design and development of variety of machinery. Continuous Research and development and giving useful feedback to manufacturers in ITALY.
• Analyzing all technical drawings from factory (manufacturers) and optimize production/cost requirements accordingly. (Projects include design and fabrication of 3 by 6 meter SS tank for cnc waterjet machine)
