•Sales Executive, Ready Mix Concrete: Generating Sales by selling Concrete (Building Materials) to Civil Contractors who are currently working on Construction Projects in and Around Doha.
•Administrative: Ensure all official records are in place, for e.g. Enquiries, Quotations etc.
•Customer Service- Maintaining a very highly level of Customer Service, ensuring a Customer is always satisfied and is kept happy. Handling Customer Queries via Email, Phone etc.
•Payment Follow up & Targets: To ensure timely follow up of payments from the client at all times as per the completion of work. Achieving monthly targets as set by the Head- Sales in charge and maximizing profit as per the Managers Instructions.
•Business Development Executive, Interior Fit outs: Generating Sales by Marketing Wall Tracts products such as Raised flooring, Italian Furniture products, Partitions, Carpets, Wall covering, False Ceilings, Upholstery, Curtains and many other leading brands from Europe and America to Corporate clients in Doha and around Qatar.
•Administrative: Ensure all official records are in place, for e.g. Project Costings, Sales report, Enquiries and Quotations.
•Payment Follow up & Targets: To ensure timely follow up of payments from the client at all times as per the completion of work. Achieving monthly targets as set by the Head- Sales in charge and maximizing profit as per the Managers Instructions. To make sure that the correct materials are ordered as per the project requirements and mock up samples along with the project submittals are done on a timely basis
•HR & Recruitment: Streamlining the recruitment process. Monitor recruitment of quality staff as per client & company requirements. Finalize with consultants & Recruitment team for hiring shortlisted candidates. Salary negotiation & Fixation. Conducting Recruitment Campaigns.
•Administrative: Ensure all official records are in place, for e.g. Attendance, Staff movement, Uniform & Training log, employee handbooks. Monitor the issuance of ID’s, Health Cards, Name badges & official documents. Employee Travel & Boarding Formalities.
•Employee Engagement: Handle & resolve employee grievances, Regular visits to employee premises and labor camps, monitoring employees at the work site, keeping employees afresh with company policies, procedures develop role clarity etc. Maintain and update the HR database for accuracy and highest integrity to enable fair decision-making.
•Payroll Management: Communicate effectively with the payroll department for issuance of salary & arrears. Ensure accurate, efficient & timely processing of pay cycle across the Organization.
•Sales & Marketing: Promoting Singapore as a Tourism Destination and Educational Hub by Interacting and maintaining a close relationship with Travel agents & Educational Universities all across India and educating them on the different attractions that Singapore has to offer.
•Operational: Organizing & Conducting Tourism and Educational Events across different cities in India.
•Customer Service: Informing valued customers on special deals for Singapore and at the same time attending to their grievances through Email, Phone and Fax.
•General Administration: Functions like Airline Reservations and Hotel Bookings for Singapore Govt. Officials
•Lotus Notes working for maintaining all Communications with Clients in Singapore and all Across India
•HR & Recruitment Streamlining the recruitment process. Monitor recruitment of quality staff as per client & company requirements. Finalize with Managers and CEO on the recruitment of staff as per requirements. Salary negotiation & Fixation.
