• Worked closely with current and new suppliers with regards to innovation and product development opportunities, ingredients and packaging.
• Gained experience in modelling techniques on subjects related to new developments in the field of Food Science and Technology with emphasis on New Product Development (quality optimization, shelf life prediction etc.). • Educated in a wide spectrum of disciplines related to Food Science and Technology and attained a high level of knowledge about methods and properties of food packaging materials and their interaction with foods as well as food recalls, storage requirements and allergens. • Acquired considerable knowledge about Quality Management and Assurance systems as well as, prerequisite programs for the HACCP system (Good Manufacturing/Hygiene Practice, sanitation, pest control, sampling plans, traceability and recalls, personnel).
