I was responsible to supervise the installation of marbles cladding, supervising and monitoring site foreman, lead man, labour force, and monitoring the work of any subcontractor; To coordinate the main contractor engineer to make sure the area are ready and have issuance of MEP clearance. To review approved shop drawing and cutting list prior to installation of stone cladding; To coordinate into surveying department & direct participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction; Submitting setting out layout to the QA/QC engineers prior the continuation of installation of the stone cladding; To inspect the finish installation of the stone cladding with the QA/QC inspectors prior to submit final RFIA & handing over to the consultant, Ensuring that all received materials used are approved by the consultant and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements; To inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards; Checking the installation of the stone cladding accordance to the approved shop drawing and specification; Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plan and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines; Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise; and also attended weekly meeting & prepared daily & monthly report to the Construction Manager.
In addition, I also preparing tabulation & photos of damages materials, abortive and additional works due to modification of ongoing installation to claims to the main contractor or any subcontractor engaged, I also provide issuance of Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (CVI) to the main contractor for any site discrepancy and as per approved shop drawing, and providing site dimension or variation & extra cost to the design department.
As a civil engineer, bachelor's degree with an a authenticated certificated, im member of Philippines Institute of Civil Engineers, UAE Society of Engineers, Filipino Professional Group-UAE, and Alpha Phi Omega International Colleguates Fraternity & Sorrority.
