# Evaluation and assessing of variations in terms of cost and impact on time; New rates composition;
# Anti-claim and claim settlements with subcontractors
# Project budget preparation, analysis and cost control during execution of the project to ensure cost does not exceed a tight budget; Produce monthly project financial report;
# Produce cash flow forecast and manage the cash flow of the entire project, including payments to suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare Interim Payment Application (IPA).
