Manage all sales strategies and customer relationship activities by segments. This will include: sales & marketing plans to develop loyalty from existing clients and capture new opportunities focusing on long term direction and commercial value; provide reliable and updated management information that supports the business strategy, goals and objectives; build significant brand equity and knowledge of the organization, its hotels and facilities; develop account planning; accountable for targets, customer revenue, tracking results and profitability of all segments and customer retention; conduct competitor analysis to understand our product and position the hotel as differentiated.
Develop proposals in response to RFPs, work with other department heads and staff to coordinate account startup and transition service.
Improve hotel’s market position and achieve financial growth. Monitor and manage fully the main 3 segments of the hotel: the Contracts & Government Tenders segment which represents 18% of the business share, as well as Negotiated Corporate segment which represents 10% of the business share and Tour/IT Package segment which represents 50% of the business share.
