Responsibilities: Supply chain lead on GS1net
• Successfully lead the Global GDS project and implementation of SAP GDS for ANZ.
• Actively involved in U2k2 interface project with testing and effectively delivering plan to business including data migration, cut over activities etc.
• Lead and understand the causes that drive issues both internally and externally with GS1net customers by Data gathering, analysis, validation and evaluation from several SAP applications like SAP ECC, SAP MDM and SAP GDS.
• First point of business relationship management with GS1net, Internal and external customers.
• Analysis of end-to-end process and interfaces connected through to GS1net, eg. SAPMDM, SAP ECC, Trigo now SAP GDS and 1sync and making sure data synchronisation end to end.
• Engage a cross-functional Unilever team (includes Demand planner, Customer Development, Supply Planners, Packaging, R &D, IT, MDM, Customer Supply Chain, or any members relevant to GS1net) to find and execute ongoing solutions and improvements.
• Ensure continuous improvement and update to users by establishing easy to use process, ongoing ad hoc trainings. Also developed ANZ work Space on share point to centralised processes across the business.
• Also developed and maintaining issue tracker centrally for GS1net users and other stakeholder to log and view the issue detail and resolution.
• Leading GS1net implementation project with Woolworths and also involved to Go Scan and extended labelling Project for ANZ.
• Documentation, maintains up-to-date project briefs, business justification, milestone plans, and secure filing of relevant data and documentation for all SC project work.
• Identify internal and external stakeholders, and agree with them their role in each of the SC projects, Project planning, develop, document and agree with stakeholders timelines and milestones for each project and monitor the progress of these plans, any issue affecting successful completion.
• Run reports from SAP ECC and SAP GDS and do analysis to maintain master data integrity.
• Educating Master data and off shore team by providing feedback on data quality and educating on master data integrity.
Responsibilities: Customer Supply Chain
• Data mining of customer web based information site(s) for tracking and compiling Unilever performance results by analysing to achieve highest Case fill, DIFOT results. Gain full understanding of customer supply chain processes, directives operations & terminology.
• Analyse customer scorecard metrics for gaps vs. Unilever KPI’s of similar metrics. Recommend action steps to mitigate ongoing issues or substandard results also initiated weekly review process to improve customer reported service level accuracy leading to all-time highs in CCOFT with largest Australian customer and daily monitoring for ice cream category to achieve best result in summer.
• Assist Customer Service Manager with development of action plans to improve mutual KPI results and issue resolution also understand and complete analysis on customer supply chain to drive continuous improvement in efficient bracket pricing.
• Single point of contact for WW and Metcash covering all aspects of day to day supply chain operations including Inventory Replenishment, Transport provider Primary Freight (WW), B2B team.
• Presented in GS1net user group to share challenges and best practice with GS1net users from Australia and also have attend AFGC meetings, GS1 Australia Foodservice Industry eCom working group etc.
• Pilot with GS1 on several projects like Data Crunch.
• Conducted several training with WW Vendor capability team at different Unilever Sites, Warehouse and 3PL to improve understanding on vendor capability issue and improve results.
• Attend WW training for new Inventory Replenishment system CASS and provide backup support for VRP team whenever required.

• Cross sell Insurance and Financial product and liaise with other area of bank and also prioritize work to meet deadlines. Make proactive telephone calls to National customers from bank provided tools ensure customer needs are met and ultimately increase share of national's wallet
